Hello, I’m Barbara, the family wellbeing coach…

with a passion for helping people, both young and old, to balance their wellbeing in an increasingly challenging world.

I live in the beautiful village of Moy with my husband and 3 children. I have been fortunate enough to have worked in primary education for over 20 years. Experiencing the system’s ups and downs as a class teacher and a Special Educational Needs coordinator (SEN) showed me the needs that children and parents often have to relieve anxiety and gain a sense of ease and balance. So I made the decision to become a family wellbeing coach.

Over time I have become a licensed Relax Kids coach and qualified Peaceful Babes children’s yoga instructor, working with schools, community groups and individuals in private sessions.

Relax Kids Coaching in Moy

As I am based in the South Tyrone, North Armagh Area, living in the village of Moy, I offer  home visits locally.
For clients outside Moy, I have had great success with virtual visits using Zoom or over the phone, which I follow up with an action plan and resources.

I have been a Relax Kids coach for over 2 years now and it has genuinely enriched and empowered me, both professionally in my teaching and coaching, and personally with my own kids.

I am available for school and community based work as well as one to one and family sessions in your own home.
